Recent Settlements

Real claims, real results.

Three recent settlements — a demand appraisal, a new claim where AYC was retained from the beginning, and a claim reopened after it had already been settled. Different situations, same goal: every dollar the policy owes.

Meet the Founder

Felice Morina

15+ years experience

A master carpenter who learned the insurance business—then dedicated his career to helping policyholders.

Felice began his insurance career in 2003 when a major insurance carrier recruited him for his construction expertise. As a field adjuster, he inspected losses, evaluated damage, and developed repair scopes for residential and commercial property claims.

That experience gave him a unique perspective on both sides of the claims process. More importantly, it showed him how valuable it is for policyholders to have an experienced advocate who understands construction, insurance policies, and claim valuation.

In 2011, Felice founded Appraise Your Claim with a simple mission: to help homeowners and business owners receive the full benefits they're entitled to under their insurance policies.

Today, clients know him for his honesty, accessibility, attention to detail, and relentless commitment to properly documenting every loss.

"I don't promise results. I promise preparation, honesty, and relentless advocacy when your claim deserves it."— Felice Morina

Our Promise

At Appraise Your Claim, we believe every policyholder deserves to be treated fairly, honestly, and with respect.

When disaster strikes, you shouldn't have to become an insurance expert overnight or battle through a complicated claims process alone. That's our job.

Our promise is simple:

We will treat your claim as if it were our own.

Whether residential or commercial, our mission never changes:

Protect your interests. Document your loss. Maximize every dollar you're entitled to under your policy.

From the first inspection to the final settlement, we are committed to documenting every loss thoroughly, interpreting your policy accurately, and presenting your claim professionally. We don't cut corners, inflate damages, or make promises we can't keep. Instead, we rely on experience, construction expertise, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to restoring your property to its pre-loss condition whenever coverage allows.

We believe insurance companies should honor the promises they made when they sold the policy. When they don't, we advocate for our clients with integrity, professionalism, and persistence.

Communication is just as important as results. You'll always know where your claim stands, what we're doing on your behalf, and what comes next. We answer the phone, return calls, and remain available throughout the entire process.

That's not just our business. That's our promise.

Every kind of loss

If it's covered, we'll fight for it.
